  1. Hello! I've just found your blog! I was lured in with a chocolate recipe but, seeing your list of Danish eateries, I'll be back again. I'm an American expat living in Sweden and have recently visited Copenhagen for the first time -- I dream of returning to both Mother and Kalaset from you list! Copenhagen's been haunting me with it's creativity and I can't wait to return! Until then, I love seeing your blog and look forward to living vicariously through you! Beautiful!

    1. I'm so glad you're enjoying my blog! I lived in Lund and Malmö for two years before moving to Copenhagen. There are many Swedish baked goodies and pastries that I miss over here in Denmark. Enjoy some kardemummabullar for me! I hope you get the opportunity to visit Copenhagen again soon! There is so much to eat here :)
